Return and Refund Policy

Botupharma USA is committed to your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 30 days of the purchase date according to the terms below:
Returns
- Unused Products: Products must be in their original, unopened packaging to qualify for a full refund. Customers must include proof of purchase with their return.
- Opened Products: If a product has been opened and more than 50% of the product remains, and you are returning it due to palatability issues or general dissatisfaction, customers may return it for a product replacement or store credit. Proof of purchase is required.
- Damaged Products: If you receive a damaged product, please provide proof of purchase and evidence of the damage to receive a refund or product replacement.
Process for Returns and Refunds
To initiate a return or refund, please email us at [email protected]. We will guide you through the process to ensure it is handled swiftly. Estimated time is between 1 and 10 business days from the date of initial contact.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on the return conditions met. There are no restocking fees, and that process can take up to 7 business days from the day of asking for a refund.
Refund time range
- The customer’s bank may take several days for the refund to appear on their statement and account.
- Refunds cannot be issued after 30 days from the transaction.
Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed if the conditions mentioned above under “Returns” are met. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning their items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exceptions
- Overnight Products: Products shipped via overnight delivery are not eligible for return or replacement unless the error is on the part of Botupharma USA. i.e., shipped to the wrong address.
- Used Products: Products that have been used more than 50% are not eligible for a refund or replacement.
