PROTECTION & HIGHER RECOVERY IN SEMEN CENTRIFUGATION
A high-density colloidal medium used in semen centrifugation to protect sperm cells, reducing damage caused by conventional centrifugation. Red Cushion centrifugation semen produces less compacted pellets and a high sperm recovery rate. Due to its reddish color, it allows easy visualization of the pellet, as well as its removal.

Dilute the semen with BotuSemen and place it in a centrifuge tube. Place 3 mL of the product in the bottom of the centrifuge tube. Centrifuge at 1000g for 20 minutes. Using a pipette, remove the sperm pellet and resuspend sperm with an appropriate volume of either BotuSemen or BotuCrio.
