EQUI-REHYDRATE is an electrolyte and trace mineral supplement designed to restore salt and electrolytes in horses. It provides adequate minerals to re-establish electrolyte balance lost in sweat during exercise or exposure to high temperatures.
The EQUI-REHYDRATE formula contains all major electrolytes in horse sweat, such as sodium, chloride, potassium, calcium, and magnesium. The Equi- Rehydrate formula is buffered, providing oral comfort, encouraging water consumption.
For a 1,100 lbs (500 kg) horse, administer 1 syringe (50 g) orally following exercise or sweating.
Caution: Always provide free access to fresh, clean water to horses receiving electrolyte supplementation.
