BotuSEMEN SPECIAL an extender especially developed for stallions with semen sensitive to cooling process. Its composition is based on the addition of essential lipids to maintain the plasma membrane stability of the sperm during the cooling process.
Composition
Skimmed milk powder UHT sterilized, sugars, amino acids, antioxidants, cholesterol and excipients.
How to prepare
Add all the content of this packet in sterile water and shake very well.

How to use
It is important to respect the dilutions from the table below. After dilution wait 15 minutes before use. In cases that centrifugation before cooling is necessary, resuspend with at least 100x10E6 sptz/mL.
Storage and stability
After mixing, store it at 2-8ºC for up to 3 days.
For better results in freezing semen, use BotuSemen Gold during centrifugation.
