BotuTURBO is an extender developed to improve vigor of slow moving sperm. It is highly recommended for fresh insemination and semen transport from stallions that need increased movement.

Composition

Skimmed milk powder UHT sterilized, sugars, amino acids, antioxidants, pentoxifylline, and excipients.

How to prepare

Add all the content of this packet in sterile water and shake very well.

How to use

For transport of cooled semen dilute to concetration of 30 to 50 million sperm per mL. Use 5ºC for semen transport. Extend 1:1 (V/V) wait 15 minutes for insemination with no cooled semen. High recommended for reinforcement breeding (Thoroughbred).

Storage and stability

After mixing, store it at 2-8ºC for up to 3 days.
